Taking this concept one step farther is a solution that unifies CRM and enterprise social networking capabilities with the business number onto a smartphone, so that collaboration and info sharing is an integrated process that is available to individuals on-the-go. In  today&#039;s highly mobile workforce, CRM use should not be restricted to individuals sitting at a desk nor should it be a solo experience.
